Founded by principal decorator Kayla Childress, the studio is known for creating boutique hotel–inspired interiors layered with moody palettes, rich texture, and refined yet functional design.

Kayla’s design perspective is shaped by a uniquely layered background in fashion styling, luxury wedding and event design, visual merchandising, and sophisticated brand presentation, along with a lifelong exposure to residential construction as the daughter of a home builder. This diverse foundation allows her to approach each project with both an elevated creative eye and a practical understanding of how thoughtfully designed spaces should function. She believes a home should feel collected, deeply personal, and effortlessly livable—and that bringing it together should feel seamless and expertly guided from beginning to end.

When she’s not working on client projects, Kayla enjoys life at home in Louisiana with her husband Richard and their two French Bulldogs, where she is continually inspired by layered interiors, timeless materials, and the beauty found in historic architecture.
